Waiting on a call from a job i really want, now i have an person interview with a different company

Hello!

So i'm looking for a new job, and i had a phone interview with a job i REALLY want. The company, location (10 min away), everything is perfect and i feel like i belong there. However they are still trying to make a decision and still have not called me in for an in- person interview (they did however call me a few days ago to get a little more info).

So i just got an in-person interview on Tuesday with a job that seems decent but it's really not my dream job. 15-20min away, but not my dream company. Trying to think of scenarios, and i'm wondering if the 2nd place offers a job before i hear from the other company, what should i do??
