Opinions on reusing answers for 2nd and 3rd interviews?

So it seems like standard procedure is now to have either a phone interview or questionnaire, followed by a first in person interview, followed by a second in person interview. And it seems that the questions for all of these interviews don’t seem to vary. I try to stick with a standard set of stories for my “give me an example of a time when...” answers, is it fair to use the same answers in each interview stage? I mean, it doesn’t seem like they are sharing information between interviews... and I’m early in my career. I don’t have unlimited stories to choose from.
