In Need of Tips on How to Answer Time Management Questions if One scores a "P" (Perceptive) Personality on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Hi! Questions that I struggle with on interviews are time management questions. A question may be, "What do you do if you have a number of tasks with competing deadlines, and a supervisor asks you to complete a task that also has an urgent deadline," or other variants. Other questions that I have struggled with are "How do you handle pressure," and "How do you prioritize tasks/how do you manage deadlines".

I scored a "P" for Perceptive in the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment, and this video sums up my personality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TnCgcNQl5Q. However, as a result, I am a little unsure about how to answer time management questions. I have been working to improve my time management habits though, such as actively keeping a list of things I have to accomplish on a daily basis.

What are interviewers looking for when they ask a time management question? Also, I have read articles online that state that in the workplace, it is sometimes humanly impossible to make every single deadline, and interviewers want to see how you handle competing deadlines and communicating with your supervisor. However, I am a little uncertain about how to go about this issue.

Does anyone know how to handle this issue in the workplace, and how to handle the question of handling this issue during an interview? Any advice on how to act in the situation presented by this question, "What do you do if you have a number of tasks with competing deadlines, and a supervisor asks you to complete a task that also has an urgent deadline," and or how to answer this question would be much appreciated.
