I am a Food and beverage manager for 2 years and a restaurant manager for 6 years. I want to transition from ops management to HR because I love the learning and development role. I love teaching, mentoring and coaching employees to be at their best.
I had facilitating, and training experience because I am an ops manager, but it's hard to get in. Most employers want an experienced HR employee and I don't have that. What options do I have?
