How can I translate my work experience to a more fulfilling career?

I'm 25 and don't have much work experience under my belt. I worked at Walgreens for about a year and a half, before moving into an office job for about 2 months, but that didn't really work out and I got let go. I've now been employed at Best Buy as an Asset Protection Specialist for about a year and a half, getting promoted to a full-time spot after a few months of being employed here.

While I like my current management, I don't feel I make enough to live comfortably and I don't see an opportunity to really grow here, so this year I plan on moving on. The problem is I don't really have anything other than retail under my belt, and I'd like to escape the retail cycle. I do have a Communications Degree that is being underutilized IMO but with no internships under my belt, it's been hard to make it work for me.

What are my options here?
