After a couple of months, applying to 2-3 jobs everyday, I have not been able to even get an interview. I've applied to dream jobs, industries I've liked to be in, large companies, small companies, even companies I don't want to be in. Not only have I not received an interview, but for most companies, I have not even heard back ever.
My application strategies usually reside in dropping my resume through LinkedIn jobs or Indeed and finding an HR representative to send a unique message to. However, I went to career fairs as well, and pitched myself to a lot of the companies there. The best I received was, "Apply online", and then nothing after that.
I am from a solid public university, with a Finance degree, a 3.1 GPA, two internship experiences, one crucial tax volunteering experience, and knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and Microsoft Office.
Why can't I get anybody to pay attention to me? Have any tips?
