Application follow up

A job which I applied for and met every qualification a little over a week ago was just reposted on indeed (they haven’t changed the deadline on their company website). Do they have to request the job be reposted or is that automatic? Should I send a follow up email? when I applied they sent me an email confirm my application and a email for hr to follow up with any questions
