Transition from nursing into sales.

Hi everyone. I am really looking for some advice on how I can advance career into sales.

I currently have no real sales experience thus far, my background is in the health field (bachelors in Nursing) but I found out that it wasn't for me. I am okay with starting with a low paying sales gig if need be so that I can advance my career in sales down the road. My ultimate dream is to get into either pharmaceutical, medical or, Saas sales, but have found it very difficult to get any doors open. I had applied to major payroll companies but I wasn't a chosen candidate.

If anyone has some advice for me I would really appreciate it. I'm really just looking for a fresh start.
