Minimum wage jobs requires me to do $200 worth of paperwork. What should I do?

So I've been working at this job for a week now (they let me work while i'm getting the paper work completed) I only work part time so that means the money I make for 2 weeks is going towards to get all these tests done (CPR certified, shots, Etc) They do not compensate for it!

WHAT. SHOULD. I. DO.

I feel like it's too late and awkward to quit and YEA I should've asked before I accepted but I'm stupid!!!!!!!!

Please give me opinions on what you would do in the situation. Like should I just email them and quit??? or suck it up and stay there. My CPR test and everything are scheduled for next week but I can always cancel.
