Lunch interview help!!!!

My fiancé had 2 phone interviews with a company in December. He had an in person interview Tuesday morning and in the afternoon, the recruiter reached out and said the director wanted to do a lunch interview Friday.

Neither himself nor I have ever had a lunch interview. Can anyone give pointers and advise what kind of questions to ask? He understands controversial topics are way off limits.

They are having the interview at a causal breakfast/lunch place.
