We have work emails and someone quit or was fired and they emailed every employee “Amy Johnson is no longer an employee at ____” In another department they same day they sent an email “Jessica Fisher is no longer an employee as of today” is this common? It makes me feel very not secure at my job because someone said get used to those emails ... is this typical though?
