I don't want to clean a restroom! Is that a good reason to leave my job

Hi everyone,

I just got hired at retail store. I have business management degree and my position is manager in training. I like my new job but I was surprised that my job duty included cleaning restrooms ( it wasn't stated in the job description). I'm looking for another job and if find another opportunity, I will leave my current job. What will be a good reason to tell the new employer regarding leaving my current job? Do I have to mention to them that I'm working?
