How to nail 90-minute interview and land this job

Hey all,

I've got a second interview for a Curriculum Developer position coming up next Friday which I'm pretty excited for. The only thing is the interview is slotted as being 90 minutes long. I've never had an interview last longer than 30 minutes so this has me a little confused.

How should I go about preparing for it? What points should I emphasize? Is it possible they'll ask me to code or write an essay? To make matters a bit more stressful, I've never had a job in this field (Instructional Design) and really didn't expect to get this far.

Also pertinent is the issue of salary/pay; during the first interview (15-minute phone screen), they asked me how much I'd expect to be paid for the position. Now, currently, I'm making 15/hr at the company (this was an internal application), and, having no background or point of reference for what this kind of work pays, I just blurted out "20 an hour." Seemed to go over pretty well, but I don't want to get lowballed, either.

Anyway, if I'm this far along in the process, odds are I've got a pretty good shot here. Should this question come up again, what should I set as a baseline for salary?

Thanks for your time, guys!
