Graduate college this year, what next?

So a little background I currently work in a factory job and make 43k a year and will be completing my bachelors in Business administration concentrating in Human Resources and as minor in management.

Basically I’m not super happy with this job and would like to utilize my education that I’ve been working hard on to complete, what options should I consider where I can make a lateral salary move or make more?

Or another option is to continue to utilize my current company’s tuition reimbursement and get an MBA and go from there.
