I just had an interview for a small restaurant. It's nothing formal, so I'm not too worried about my interview but still. It was very short, less than 10 minutes. The guy only asked me three questions and spent the rest of the interview talking about the job and its responsibilities. Salary came up and what training looks like. He told me that the lady who makes the decisions about who to hire will contact me soon. He didn't say "if", but it's been two days now and I haven't got any confirmation or follow up or anything. In the interview he also said things like "You're too young" and "at least you have experience, people come here without anything in their resume". He made a comment about me not having worked at a restaurant before. I'm really confused. I want to be optimistic and hopeful but I have the feeling I'm not going to get the job. What do you guys think?
