Following Reddit's advice, I did not diclose having a medical issue in any job interviews. I received an offer for one of the positions I interviewed for, and will now need to negotiate for a remote work accommodation. This is my first time negotiating a job offer since getting a diagnosis in 2019 and I am not sure how to word my request. How do I make a remote work request for medical reasons part of an offer negotiation?
