Turned down an offer for a job ~3 months ago. They’re still looking and the job I chose didn’t work out. How do I approach their leadership team?

I may not have much of a chance here but need to have a plan in place before I make this call.

About two months ago I had two offers from two restaurants for management positions. I ended up picking one over the other and went forward with them.

Fast forward to today and I’ve quit my new position due to major issues with workplace culture and their plans for me. Meanwhile the position I turned down is still open and I feel like I made a mistake in not picking it. The position is open due to them hiring someone who is not working out.

Id like to get back in contact with the company and see if I would be able to enter my name in the position again. How should I approach this call?? I’m seeing a few potential options

  1. Admit I made a mistake and ask to be included in the company

  2. Say I’ve overheard their position is reopened and offer them my services

  3. Call and give an update on where I’m at and just ask what opportunities are currently available

What is the best course of action to get my foot back in the door and give myself an opportunity at this job?

Thanks in advance for your help!
