How to prepare for a job offer

Hello, I have been offered my first job, and I will receive the offer soon. I am not familiar with anything job-offer related, but I heard they have fully paid healthcare and I know that's a plus. What should I be prepared for, and what do I need to research before reviewing the offer?

I already don't think I l want try to negotiate my salary, as I do not have much experience, and I will most likely be the most useless person in the company for at least a couple weeks. I am also a nervous person and don't think I can even negotiate in general. It is a good company with good people, so I don't think they will try to screw me over in any way. I just want to know what I should be prepared to ask/answer.
