I had an interview today for a PM role with a plastic goods manufacturer. The manager kept making comments that it’s not really a “career” due to the high stress and people tend to burn out after a few years. It’s also my first full time job since I just graduated and have been an intern since May, and he thought I was too technical coming from an engineering background. Could any PMs share their experience with the field? Thanks!
