How to respond to generic employer questions - Asking*

Hello everyone,

I've been trying lately after finishing school to enter the job market primarily using indeed. On indeed the have no option to include cover letters unless redirected to the company site and instead opt for questions such as, have many years in X do you have etc.

I have some relevant experience however I did not do co-op during my education so my formal experience is 0. How should I go about these filters? Do I distinctly lie and try to back up the lies with real world experience as opposed to recorded office setting?

To note these filters do not allow you to describe in detail answers, only requesting numbers.
