Anyone ever had an awkward interviewer?

I just had an interview and I felt like I performed great on my end; I provided clear, concise, and confident answers and just felt like I had great energy.

My interviewer on the other hand was struggling with her words and just awkward throughout the whole process. As a result, the interview had an awkward, mismatched energy to it and it leaves me feeling like it was a bad interview even though I felt like I performed well.

Kind of a bummer, but not much I can do about that.
