I went back to school for my second bachelor's in my early 30s and graduated in 2017. While I was in school, I had two contract positions, one for 6 months and one for a year. Once I graduated, I got hired at a huge corporation, but was sexually harassed by a senior leader and decided to quit (the whole experience was horrible). My next job I held for just under a year, because the company was bought out by a much larger company and everyone was let go. I've been in my current role for a year.
So, even though there are reasons behind my job-hopping, employers don't care about those - all they care about is the duration of each of my positions that they see on my resume. I'm worried that I'm coming across as fickle.
Is there any way to remedy this?
