Which position would you choose?

Insight would be appreciated. Both equal pay and similar positions. Here is where they differ:

JOB 1 (Excellent potential, awful everything else).

Bad...

1. In the middle of NOWHERE (nearest gas station is 30 minutes away, nearest town is 45 minutes away, nearest city is 1.5 hours away). I'd live in a wasteland.
2. Negative coworkers you have nothing in common with.

Good...

1. Ridiculously awesome benefits including $50,000 annually in pension and 401K contributions.
2. Great growth potential. I'd be on track for a Board of Directors position in less than 3 years.

JOB 2 (Awful growth potential, excellent everything else).

Bad...

1. No growth or promotion potential whatsoever. I'd be learning nothing new and gaining no new experience (very small company).

Good...

1. Great location and city life.
2. Fun co-workers I could become best friends with.

Everything else is equal: Prestige, great boss, good pay, full benefits, work/life balance.

I'm so torn. Growth potential is huge for me, but Job 1 would put me in a hellscape. I'd stagnate professionally at Job 2, but would actually have a social life.
