What to expect at the third interview at Aldi

What to expect in third interview

Hey all. I was recently lucky enough to have landed some interviews at Aldi. It's for a part-time stocker position. The first interview was a "group interview" where we took a tour of the store, learned about Aldi, and finished with a few minutes interview with the DM. Second interview was more traditional with the store manager. Why do you want the position, biggest weakness, etc. But what is the purpose of the third interview? Can anyone share their experience?
