Third interview?

I applied with this company nearly a month ago for an entry level HR Coordinator role. I had a phone interview and then a couple days later was asked to come in person.

The in person interview was nearly two hours in which I took an assessment, met with all the hr professionals in a panel interview, then met with the HR director and finally the VP of HR. They seemed really interested mentioning me giving notice to my current job and what they were looking at for salary. The VP of HR also gave me a tour on the way out.

I then sent a thank you email and received a quick response and then a week later asked for an update and got another quick response. Today, two weeks after the in person interview I received a call expecting either an offer or a rejection but I was asked to come in again to meet with the director and VP of HR as well as the Payroll manager. What should I expect when I go in?
