I'm working in a fairly prominent position at a call-center. But, I'm not sure how I can use this experience?

I started in licensed-insurance call center work. I did well and was promoted to a supervisor/team-lead role (after roughly 18 months), overseeing a team of 15-20 agents' development and performance. I did well there and was promoted again (after roughly 18 months) to a position that oversees on-the-job training, including a team of 25-50 agents and 3-5 direct reports to assist. I'm on the short list for an operations manager position if it opens up (this is rare). But, I'm approaching my 4-year mark at this company.

I really want out. But, it looks like there isn't way to do so without accepting an entry-level position elsewhere. My management experience seems niche. I'm not sure where I can apply, other than competing call centers, without starting over. I don't even have to be in management if the pay is solid. Has anyone been in a similar circumstance? What would you recommend?
