Had an interview on Thursday, went very well. They called me and said to come in for "my final interview" this Thursday. What should I expect?

Hey everyone,

I have been looking to advance jobs for 3 months now, its been a hell of an experience, I have learned a lot. However, this latest job I applied to seems to be a unicorn. It is my exact job function now, double pay, full benefits, free standby airline tickets yada yada

I had my first interview last Thursday with the director, and it was the first time I ever felt completely confident about the experience. It was like I was talking to my coworker the whole time, not a potential employer. (Complaining about the same bullshit that happens every day in our field, talking about certain reports, etc.)

Anyways, I received a voicemail yesterday, (I was at my current job, so i couldn't pick up) and the director said to come in for my "final" interview this Thursday.

What should I expect? I am super nervous and I am not sure why...
