What are easy careers to go into?

Im a really slow learner, I have a hard time remembering things. Im trying to go back to school but i just dont know what to go into. Nothing really interests me so im just trying to pick something and stick with it. I need something for an introvert. Im not good with customers or talking much. Note I havent had a job for almost 2 years or so now. My last job I was working at a small motel as a front desk. I was horrible at that job and it stressed me out so bad bc i was so bad at it. I got laid off and ever since then i havent found a job. Im so bad at finding jobs. Wven jobs interview idk what to even say. But yeah i need to get my life straighten out and its hard. Im 28 with no education no job.
