To shave, or no not to shave, that is the question.

I'm 25 and I have been told on multiple occasions I have a child like face. Therefore I keep a light beard to look older so people take me more seriously. I'm going for my first interview in 5 years next week, and I have heard it is considered unprofessional to sport facial hair in an interview. I've looked over alot of mens articles online and the opinion is split. The interview is for essentially a debt collections position for a multi national company and will be a huge step up from my current underemployed status, so I want to make the best impression. What say ye, Reddit?
