Hear back soon?

Went on an interview, got a call back two days later for the second interview. Exactly a week after the first interview I went on the second- and hit it off. It was great. They confirmed my phone number, were so outgoing and friendly, and said they would “be in touch soon.” I sent the thank you email the next day. It’s been a week since the last interview- nothing. Still looking for jobs. Is a week too late? Should I write it off? How long is a reasonable amount of time to wait? Thank you all...nervous...
