A chance to come back to my old job

hey guys, I'm not sure if this is well within the rules, but I was told this is a good place to ask for advice

I re applied to my old job and asked to return, I had left it previously on good terms, but the position they're offering me now is much worse, and I'm not sure I should take it, I am 27 and I'm thinking I should find a job and stick with it, make a career out of it, but this is one of the few places that called me back and I was really good at it, things have changed, and the position really is much, much worse, what would you do?
