Got selected for a phone interview for (what looks like) my dream job after working another position for two weeks.

I was applying for jobs for almost all of July and August, and recently have started at a position in a career that wasn't exactly on my path, but the culture and the atmosphere (and the benefits) seemed like a good compromise.

Two weeks in (today) I receive an email for a phone interview for a position I applied to over a month ago. This position almost perfectly aligns with my background, and frankly, is really what I want to be doing.

What should I do? I like my job now, and I've finally just started to get comfortable, but is it worth it to ditch it for a career that could be more aligned with my background and experience?
