Can I say I know someone within the organisation?

Hey guys,

I have an upcoming job interview (graduate program to be specific) that I really want, and I currently know someone who is in the role. Is it okay for me to tell the interviewer that I personally know someone that is currently in the role and that he has told me many great things about working for them.
