18/F Struggling to find a job.

I don’t have my diploma since I haven’t finished high school and I have no appropriate experience I can put on a job application. I don’t think I’m going to get hired as I’m sure there are many people with more on their portfolios than me. I’m confident and kind when I hand in my job applications and although I never finished high school I’m still a well rounded person.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get hired or certain things I should be putting on my resume?
