Would you take a job with a 45% pay increase... but

So I have the option to get a promotion in my company with a significantly higher pay increase.

Here are some cons:

City I would move to is significantly more expensive.

City is a lot smaller, I currently live in a larger city with a lot of things to do.

I wouldn’t have a team, so no office camaraderie, just me.

Pros:

Obviously this is a step in the right direction career wise

The pay increase is great

I’m still unsure, anyone have any input to this?
