Today I applied to my 94th job through job boards. When apply I hear nothing back 4/5 times. I have a technical major, strong GPA, 2 internships and I rewrite each cover letter I submit. The jobs I target tend to be in a higher paying category (55,000+) but not absurdly high as median pay for new grads was forecasted to be $51,000 according to Korn Ferry .
Im just interested in how the info is processed on your side and how applicants are sorted into keep/cut.
