My husband left a good job (after 7 years) to go to a new company that offered a higher salary. After two months, he was told that he was not a good fit (without any prior conversations regarding work performance or anything) and was let go. Has this happened to anyone else before? We are totally shocked and confused. He left a secure job for this new position. I just can’t believe it. Can we do anything?
