Mother got fired, I wat to help her get on her feet.

Hey r/Jobs, my mother got let go from a major retail on bullshit claims. She has 12+ years as a beauty advisor working for this company and is really good with people. She’s in her early fifties. I don’t know how to help her find a relevant job. Maybe even find her a new job outside of what she does that has low entry skills. She gets paid 12/hr plus 3% commission in sales with 35hr work weeks, which is really bad for her age. I will subsidize her in the mean time but it’ll be tight for me. Any advice for her?
