How can I reply a LinkedIn message from a recruiter?

Hi everyone! I got a message from a recruiter that described a position that seem tailored to me. I’m so excited because although I’m currently employed, I’m also looking for better opportunities. I don’t have too detailed profiles on LinkedIn so I don’t think he just threw stuffs from my profile to get my attention. Now the question is: how do I reply? He asked to speak on the phone, is it weird if I talk with him while I’m at my current job? I know this sounds silly and it’s far far away from an offer, but it’s just too good for me to believe and I don’t want to screw it up. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for reading.
