I want to get fired for my job in the next ~ 6 mos. They have been helping me pay for tuition at my Uni for a science degree. If I quit, I would have to pay back the tuition. If they fire me I don't have to pay back the tuition and I'd be able to possibly collect unemployment (tuition is a bigger factor as I would most likely already have another job lined up by then).
However, it is a good company that has a lot of affiliates that I may want to work for in the future. What's the best way to go about this?
A little background to possibly help with some advice:
- Fortune 500 company in the US
- Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), bereavement, paid time off
- A job that requires certain metrics to meet every month
- Currently perform outstanding work, so it may take some time for them to actually want to fire me
