I’ve been with this company for 3 years and going, I’ve gotten promoted to Manager and been staying in the same position. I’m only 22 and this has been a great experience and I’ve learnt a lot as this was my first real job. I’m a bit afraid of leaving because I’m not sure where I’ll go but the job keeps adding more responsibilities and the company won’t match what I do for the pay rate (13.75)
Not sure how to go about writing my 2 weeks after I find something or just keep waiting. I’ve been struggling with this decision and just would like some advice
Edit: forgot to mention that being promoted isn’t an option since I’m not wanting to keep going with the company and become a GM but I’m also unsure of if I should stay to have the time be longer on my resume
