We’re looking to relocate (TX to MN/WI) to be closer to family. Is that a good answer to the question, “Why are you looking to leave your current position?” Or, should I keep the answer more career oriented and then mention the family stuff when they ask why MN/WI?
Also, I’m married, late 20’s, with a 1 year old. Should I try to avoid mentioning my wife and kid during the interview process? Is it alright if it just casually comes up in conversation?
