No Interview Follow up?

I went in last tuesday for an interview for manager at one amc location, then following day for a bartender position at a different amc. After I told the bartender interviewer that I was interviewed for a manager the day before she seemed to have gotten excited and pretty much wanted to hire me on the spot. She said she will contact the manager of the first location I went to to talk to him some more and they will discuss amongst themselves what will happen moving forward and which position I will be hired as.

Its been a few days and still havent heard anything from either managers, I was wondering if it was ok to call one or both of them back to give an update on my status since I have been getting job offers in other Companies as well.
