Interviewing with the CEO

Maybe it's me but I notice a lot of people on this sub mention how they have interviews with the CEOs of companies. They must work for early start ups or really small companies. My company has thousands of employees and the CEO of it is in another state. The only time I have seen her so far is in the emails or at some big event with the rest of the C-suite.

It's also interesting how involved CEOs are involved in the hiring process, especially for entry level roles. Even when I applied for a role at a small company, I didn't even see the CEO let alone interview with her. I'm curious to know if anyone else has noticed that on this sub
