Asking about benefits/pay in an interview?

I'll try to keep this concise: I'm applying for jobs and set up an interview today for a couple of days from now. I (25F) am not currently on the insurance at my workplace as I'm still on my dad's as I'm not at the age limit yet, but wherever I start at will need to have decent benefits and pay since that will be a consideration. Is there a way to seamlessly ask about this at the interview? I've never asked about pay or benefits before because I didn't want to seem greedy idk, but it is very important and I don't want to wait until I get an offer and then be like oh those suck nvm. Help!!
