Working at my dream job with nightmare bosses. How do I leave gracefully?

I have been working at the same business for two years now and it is 98% my dream job. I love the work, my coworkers, it’s amazing. However, we recently got a new owner who have consistently fucked up since he bought the business. They know nothing about the work, constantly preach “we love our employees so they love us” while making our lives hell. I had an ex-client call (who is banned due to his psychopathic behavior) and threaten my coworker and I’s lives, was called every horrible name in the book while remaining calm and soft with this man. He reached out to my boss who did not hesitate to agree with the man and give him a full refund for past services. We told our boss exactly what this man said, and he lied to our faces saying he wouldn’t even dream of refunding the guy (apparently not knowing that we see every transaction made?). I have NEVER forgiven that, but moved on as I love the rest of my job. After two shitty managers (“friends” of the owner), being treated like I know nothing and lots of tears and frustration, I need to get out. I have become very skilled at my job, no thanks to the owner. He seems to believe that he treats us well, only because he increases pay more often than our previous owner. How do I do this gracefully, and will I ever have the right to explain to the owner that HE personally is the reason I can’t do it anymore? Thank you in advance.
