Jobs for new psychology grads?

Graduating next year with a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from a top 50 global university. Based in Sydney Australia.

I really want to get into working as a coach, specifically around coaching people with ADHD. I have the disorder myself and have been helped a lot by working with a coach. Originally I wanted to work as a clinical psychologist, but I dunno if I can handle another 3 years minimum before I start earning real people money.

So where should I look to start getting experience in a relevant field? What organisations should I be looking at for training?
