Job wants me to move before hiring, I need a job before I can move

Hi everyone,

I’ve just gotten a response back from a company out of state that I’ve done two rounds with. They’ve said that before extending an offer they would like for me to come tour the building in person, etc, so I should email them once I have completed my move to their state and they’ll schedule for me to come in. They said that I was qualified and seem like a very good fit, me being so far is the only issue and they don’t want to hire without meeting me irl.

Unfortunately, I need to secure a position before making a move across the country. What do I do in this situation? It’s a bit of a catch 22. This isn’t he kind of job that would ever pay for relocation or fly me out.
