I graduated college (English major in France) a little over a month ago. I'm in the process of looking for a job, however I have no experience and I'm not interested in any particular job/field. These two factors complicate my search because I don't know where to apply or where my lack of experience would be accepted (for real). This leaves me to not actually look for a job but just looking at offers which I don't have the necessary qualifications for. In the past I've had a couple interviews for summer jobs but they went bad due to stress and mainly because I'm horrible at selling myself (I come off either shy or like I'm too cool to talk). Part of me wants to find a job to not be seen as lazy but another part of me fears the idea of getting a job and having responsibilities because I feel like I'm not competent for any job. Any genuine advice?
