I had a 1h interview with 3 people last wednesday that I felt I did ok minus some stupid answers probably. At the end I asked when is this job supposed to start, they told me ASAP then the HR girl follows up with "assuming you're the right person for this job" which I thought that means we are not interested. My last jobs they would give you an offer at most a week later or they would either ghost you or give a rejection email or call 2-3 weeks later. Literally how many days after interview is it ok to assume you were rejected?
